Our purpose at Thalia Haven is to provide you with our isolated and secluded house so that you can enjoy a relaxing and restorative experience. So we’d like to tell you about our privacy concerns and practices.

We do not share your personal details

We do not and we never will sell or provide your personal details to any firm or anyone. We do not use your personal information in direct marketing or for any purpose other than that for which you provided it.

Bookings and gift certificates are finalised through thebookingbutton.com.au, PayPal, Airbnb.com, or TripAdvisor.com. Each of these has its own privacy policy. We do not, ever, have access to your credit card or bank details.

When you visit our website, thaliahaven.com.au, our website provider records a log which includes your IP address, date and time, type of web browser, and pages accessed. These logs are used to ensure secure, reliable performance. Logs are stored securely, and all logs containing personal information are deleted after one month. We do not use Google Analytics, cookies other than a session cookie, advertising tracking, or any other form of monitoring on thaliahaven.com.au.

Social media

Thalia Haven has a presence on various social media and review sites including Facebook, Trip Advisor, Google, and Instagram. All of our contractors are in Tasmania, Australia, and were chosen for their commitment to quality professional services. Our contractors do not have access to your reservation information, but may come into contact with some personal information you supplied to Thalia Haven in the course of providing services such as IT troubleshooting, consultation, or social media management. Our contractors will not store, take a copy of, or disclose your personal information to any other third party.
